Giving new impetus to the comics sector

Digital technology is a major opportunity for the comics industry. Thanks to the use of smartphones sales of comics in digital format are exploding. A prime example is Webtoon which, in just 6 years, has created a 1.2 billion market in the United States (more details available here). Conversely, physical sales are stagnating or, at worst, declining, as mentioned in an article in Forbes.

- An evolving set of passive and proactive strategies will be put in place to combat piracy (e.g: floating licenses, persistent connection, share management). Furthermore, each user of the platform will be held responsible for respecting the copyrights and intellectual property of third parties.
Anyone involved in these damaging practices will be liable to disciplinary action and a variety of remedies, including account suspension, fines and even legal action.
Amateur comic book artists benefit from high-performance simultaneous translation tools, with the possibility of human correction and validation at any time to guarantee quality. As for the Premium catalog, it complies with rigorous standards thanks to the involvement of certified translators, ensuring optimum accuracy and fidelity.
At launch, each title will be available in six (6) languages: French, English, Japanese, Korean, Spanish and Chinese. Other languages will be added progressively!
